Nikoll Lolea


Nikoll Lolea was born in Bucharest. She lives in Greece since 1989 at Corfu. She begun her occupation with athletics from the early age of seven years doing rhythmic gymnastics and she was chosen for the national team of Rumania. After her graduation from the physical Education University of Bucharest she came to Greece where she started her occupation at the athletics track and field and she specialized at high jump athletics. The last fifteen years she is practicing with Yoga and especially Vinyasa Yoga. Her love and devotion to Yoga she encourage her to explore other Yoga systems like Vinyasa flow, Kundalini, Stretching, Yoga, Nidra, Meditation. .She was trained from expertises from all over the world to these Yoga systems and know she is a well known Yoga trainer. Her classes characterized for a dynamic training at Vinyasa Yofa flow and stretching .At the end of every course she is doing deep meditation. She gives great attention to the position of the body during the lesson in combination with the right breathing. Her warm and friendly nature encourages each student to develop an authentic, holistic practice that enriches both the mind and the body, imparting yogic philosophy in a way that is applicable to our contemporary world.

Christina Armeniakou


Christina Armeniakou was born in Athens at 1982. She was studied economics and she used to work for many years as an accountant. At 2010 she had attend her first class in yoga and since then all her life had change. She was a student for 3 years where she was attending a numerous of classes in yoga when one day she decided to quit everything and to travel in India. In 2013 she went to Goa, in Kranti Yoga School where she was certified as an Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga teacher with 200 hours from Yoga Alliance. After India she continue her trip to Thailand where she learned the art of Thai Yoga Massage. She had attend 230 hours of Thai Yoga Massage, 50 hours of oil Massage and 25 hours of Foot massage in Old Medicine School in Chiang Mai, Thailand.

When she returned in Greece she worked as a Yoga Teacher in many Studios and she also corporate with spa and houses of massage. At 2014 she was certified as a Yoga Aerial Teacher(50 hours recognized from Yoga Alliance) at Anahata Yoga Studio, in Thessaloniki, with Elena Mouratidou as instructor. She continue to worked in Thessaloniki when she came in Corfu at 2015.

At 2016 she decided to deepen her knowledge in Yoga and in mystery and magic of birth and she decided to attend an TTC in Prenatal Yoga(50 hours recognized from Yoga Alliance). She took the first course of prenatal yoga, from Birthlight, London with Rossana Kalliabetsos as an instructor. Now she live in Corfu and she worked as a Yoga teacher. She had attend numerous workshops with Greeks and foreigners teachers. She is always a student and her goal is to transmit the serenity and the sense of peace and well-being that she herself find in yoga.
